I had such a great experience this morning. Everyone was so nice from the cashier to the tech. I had to have my wheel lock taken off replaced with lug nuts and the experience was quick and easy. Highly recommend the service department here!
Mike was Very Helpful, Soon as he seen me he went right to work, and I’m not the easiest customer. It was a hot day and He ran up and down the parking lot to assist me and help me find a car that best suits my needs. He also is a realist which I can appreciate, he wasn’t just selling me anything he was also giving me some wise advice that I can use for the rest of my life. He was Awesome!
I had a great experience Jim Cook. He was very friendly and knowledgeable with the car I purchased. He kept me and my husband entertained while we waited for the paper work to be completed. He also kept us well informed along the way about timing and next steps. It was a pleasure working with Jim. I already recommended him to a friend who will be stopping in to look for a car. The finance mananger was great to work with as well. I never felt pressured or rushed during the paperwork process even though we were there passed the closing time. I was handed a paper with a list of services. It said next oil change I should replace a couple filters because they were getting dirty. Shortly after a different man came to specifically say that my filters were barely dirty with only 4,400 miles on my car and not necessary to change next time. I really appreciated the honesty. Most businesses will take advantage if they can so this really stands out to me.
I wonder if the General Manager of Cherry Hill Nissanmakes all the employees of the dealership take a kindness pill every morning. I have been to many dealerships and have never been treated as courteously as at Cherry Hill Nissan. All the employees that I interacted with were exceptionally helpful and kind, particularly Dennis Webb in service and Tony in parts... I suppose they must be taking two pills every morning!
Dwayne was a great! He was able to be realistic with me about what he could do while still getting me into a vehicle that I love and fits my financial needs. The whole team were very nice and professional as well.
Bob & Dennis were both awesome! Bob initially reached out right away to help assist me with an issue I was having with my new car, & Dennis kept me updated the whole time along the way, even when the phones weren’t working he called/texted me on his personal cell. Excellent customer service & it’s much appreciated!
